Cindy is a Lawyer and a Public Notary. She is currently doing her thesis to obtain her Master Degree in Economic Criminal Law. She is professor of the “José Matías Delgado” University. Her areas of practice are: Criminal Law with emphasis in Economic Criminal Law in felonies such as fraudulent administration, frauds and other economic crimes. She has performing as prosecutor lawyer and defender in economic criminal trials. Also, among the economic felonies she has also specialized in industrial property felonies acting on behalf of well-known marks around the world. She has also been teacher in training regarding Intellectual Property felonies. Currently she is professor in a prestigious University. Her expertise in Industrial Property crimes includes having been the Head of the Anti-counterfeit unit in a large local firm.
She is our Managing Partner, founding the firm in 2016. She is also consultant of international non-governmental organizations in gender equality policies and in Criminal Law. She is member of the Intellectual Property Salvadorian Association since 2014. Cindy has managed international and national high profile economic criminal cases.
