El Salvador has approved the new “Contentious Administrative Jurisdiction Law”, which influence all the acts of the Public Administration. Members of our firm have more than ten years of experience in Administrative Contentious Trials before the supreme Court of Justice, and more of seventeen years of experience in Administrative Contentious matters, and we have received training in the new “Contentious Administrative Jurisdiction Law”, as well in the new “Administrative Procedures Law”, these Laws will permit that all the administrative procedures become more expedite, and at the same time will allow to people to file complaints against the Public Administration based on acts or omissions of the same.
